What are the computer requirements for running MDArchives (MDA)

• MDA requires Windows XP SP2 or newer and .Dot Net Framework 2.0 or greater, which will be installed when you install MDA if it is not already installed on your computer.  In addition, MDA requires that you have internet access from your computer.

What is the maximum file size that can be saved to MDA

• The maximum size of an individual file that can be saved is 4TB. 

What is the cost to add additional users to MOA if they are all sharing the same storage space

• Downloading and installing MDA is free, there is no charge per user and no limit to the number of users that you can give access to your data.  In order for the user to access your storage you must add the user to the list of active users stored in your program.  The first time a user runs MDA on a computer, the activation code must be entered within 1 hour of receiving it.  This code will be received from Amazon after purchase but a new activation code can be received from the amazon web site at any time.
